Holly Gerke

Holly Gerke serves as Vice President – Maintenance Training and Tech Development for Penske Truck Leasing. Holly joined Penske in 2001 and progressed through the roles of Executive Assistant; Maintenance Training Analyst; Maintenance Training Developer; Maintenance Training Administrator; Technical Training Leader; Technical Training Manager; and most recently held the position of Director – Technical Training. Active on the Automotive Training Managers Council, she previously served a double term as their chairperson and currently serves on the committee which evaluates the training programs of transportation industry companies for CASE accreditation. Holly is Black Belt certified, a Certified Professional in Training Management, and holds a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from Dickinson College.
