Engage Spotlight: Building Connections Through Wellness
by Women In Trucking Staff, on Oct 6, 2025 5:00:00 AM
Wellness is important—whether you’re on the road, in the office, or managing a fleet. Members are exploring wellness in Engage, and Tanya Jolliffe, founder of L I T Wellness Solutions, is now leading WIT’s Wellness Networking Group.
How It All Started
- A member expressed her excitement to join and connect with others.
- A company founder emphasized how critical wellness is and shared her eagerness to participate.
- A professional OTR driver asked for ideas on strength conditioning without equipment, sparking a discussion on practical exercises while on the road.
- Other members offered tips, from bodyweight workouts to apps like FitOn, to help drivers stay active no matter where they are.
Tanya worked with WIT staff, and the networking group was born! This is how all of WIT’s networking groups in WIT Connections operate: members come together around a shared interest, meet virtually, exchange ideas, and grow together in a supportive environment.
