In 2026, members can look forward to:

• Ongoing educational programming and research that reflects the realities of today’s trucking industry, including a new WIT Index, Redefining the Road, the WIT blog and monthly webinars.
• Meaningful opportunities to connect with peers through events, forums, and networking experiences, including Salute to Women Behind the Wheel, Accelerate! and WIT on the Road.
• Continued growth of Engage as a place to ask questions, share insights, and learn from one another, including a new Introduce Yourself thread for 2026.
